Returns & Refunds

Thank you for shopping online with InPac Solutions Ltd.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. If the products are damaged when you receive them, please email a picture to  [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery as we only have a short period in which to claim against the courier.

Food Products

To be eligible for a return for any food products, the item must be UNOPENED, UNUSED and in the same condition, you received it.

Once we have received the item back from you, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. If we are satisfied that your item meets our return requirements, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item unless the goods are faulty. The original shipping cost is also non-refundable.


If you need to return packaging products to us, we request that you notify us within seven days of receipt of the goods. Once returned, we will be happy to make a refund for the full value of the goods if they meet the terms below. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

When items are being returned, we must insist that they are returned unopened, unused and in their own original packaging.

If you are unsure if the product is correct for your intended usage then we advise you to take advantage of our sample service where we can send you an example of the product to check that it will meet your requirements before you order.

If you have ordered the product in error then we are unable to refund carriage charges because we will have incurred the costs as soon as the goods are dispatched. For this reason, we ask you to ensure that somebody will be available to receive the goods you have ordered.

If returning the goods to us independently please make sure you get proof of postage from the post office when you return an item in case of loss.
